TeleTherapy

During the COVID-19 restrictions, all of our sessions are conducted via TeleTherapy.  The Aspen Center uses Zoom for Healthcare, so you'll be able to meet with your therapist regularly and safely to get the support you need.  

 

Insurance

Your Health Insurance may cover TeleTherapy.  We can check with your insurance company.
