Assistant Director / Licensed Psychologist  (PsyD or PhD) 

 

The Aspen Center for Counseling and Consultation, LLC, is an established group private practice in the heart of downtown Chicago. We primarily provide individual psychotherapy with opportunities to provide couples, family, and group work.

The Aspen Center has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Director / Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our expanding team. This is a blended clinical and administrative position. In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, the Assistant Director will work closely with the Director on an array of administrative, clinical, supervisory, and training issues. The Assistant Director will also participate in business development, marketing, and networking initiatives for the practice. This position requires 2 evenings per week to accommodate patients’ schedules.

 

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years post-licensure experience working longer-term with adults; have previous supervisory and administrative experience; possess a passion for the field, a desire to work from an insight-oriented approach, and a commitment to working as part of a team.
